The Farm
Villa Pastora.
Three generations.
Villa Pastora is a third-generation family farm in Palestina, Huila, run by Yulieth Mora and her family. Decades of dedication have shaped this land - and the quality of what it produces.
The Mora family don't just cultivate exceptional coffee. They support their community by providing work, sharing knowledge, and helping neighbouring farmers bring their harvests to market. The farm sits at 1,680 metres in Huila - a region with its own designation of origin, where volcanic soils from the Nevado de Huila have created ideal growing conditions for generations.
Pink Bourbon was long thought to be a cross between Red and Yellow Bourbon. Recent genetic research suggests it most likely traces back to an Ethiopian landrace - placing it closer to varieties like Geisha than to traditional Bourbons. Its cup potential is remarkably high, and its flavour profile rewards slow extraction. Exactly the kind of coffee cold brew was made for.
